Good Manners Class

Description

Everyone wants a well behaved dog, right? If your pup is “stubborn” or only does what you ask sometimes–like when you have a cookie–they genuinely may not understand. Dogs are pretty good at figuring some things out on their own. But some of the things we ask make nooo sense from a dog’s perspective. Let’s teach them in ways they clearly understand.

This class includes foundational skills for general good manners like waiting politely, not jumping or mouthing. We’ll also cover valuable cued behaviour like Sit, Down, Stay, Come, Leave It, etc.

• Age: 4 months and older
• Pre-registration required, no prerequisites
• All dogs must be fully vaccinated
• 6 classes

Is your dog a wing nut? Over excitable dogs may be referred to our “Help for Hooligans” class.

Please note: This class is not suitable for dogs who are overly fearful or reactive. To resolve reactivity please get in touch for one-to-one training.
