All dogs must be up to date with their regular vaccination schedule (including distemper, rabies, bordetella, and parvovirus. You must provide proof of vaccination prior to the start of the first class. For fully vaccinated dogs a titers test is also accepted.

Please do not bring your dog to class if it is not well or is in heat. Diarrhea, vomiting, lethargy or other changes in health or behaviour should be addressed by a veterinarian before your dog attends class.

If the minimum enrolment for a class is not met prior to the session the class may be cancelled or rescheduled. In the event of a cancellation you may enrol in the rescheduled class, receive credit toward a future class, or receive a full refund.

A full refund will be provided if we are notified at least three days prior to the first class. If a dog is unable to attend due to an injury, illness, or start of heat cycle during enrolment, you will receive 50% discount of remaining sessions toward a future class.

Participation in all class sessions is highly recommended as we build on previous lessons as we progress.

Fuzzy Buddy Pet Services reserves the right to decline entry to any dog that presents behaviour issues which may be dangerous or disruptive to the class. If Fuzzy Buddy Pet Services determines that a dog is not able to participate in the group class, you will be referred to a private consultation and given a full refund for any remaining sessions. One-on-one training is available to resolve behaviour issues. (Please see link in menu for one-on-one training details.)

Family members are encouraged to attend group classes. To protect the safety of everyone in class, canine and human alike, please follow these class rules:
• Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a second adult and under parental control at all times
• Running or yelling in class is not allowed
• Children should not approach or pet any other dog in class without permission from the dog’s owner

• I understand that Fuzzy Buddy Pet Services will endeavour to create a safe an environment for the training of my dog and commits to offer only sound, safe, and responsible training and training instructions.
• I certify that my dog attending sessions is current on vaccinations and I have received the consent of my veterinarian for my dog to attend training/classes if there are any health conditions (eg. lameness or medications) that may interfere with my dog’s ability to participate.
• I understand that the degree to which a dog is successfully trained is a function of the commitment and cooperation of its owner/carer. I acknowledge and agree there is no guarantee that my dog will achieve the desired level of training despite the best efforts of the instructor.
• I understand that once the class for which I registered have begun, there is no refund should I be unable to complete the classes. Enrollment is done on a “first come, first served” basis. Class fees are due in full with a completed registration form prior to the first class of the session.
• I am and will remain responsible for the actions of my dog at all times.
• I agree to abide by the rules and policies of Fuzzy Buddy Pet Services as set forth in this contract. I release Fuzzy Buddy Pet Services, its staff, owners, representatives, and agents from any and all liability should my dog injure another dog or person. I understand that attendance of dog socialization and/or training classes is not without risk to myself, members of my family, guests who may attend, or to my dog. I accept medical and legal responsibility for my dog’s actions.
• I agree that my dog may be recorded on camera and its images and first name may be used for promotional material in print and online. If I don’t wish to be photographed or filmed, I will inform the instructor prior to the start of class.
