Fuzzy Buddy reserves the right to cancel courses with low enrollment. When a course is cancelled, students may receive a full refund, or may have their paid amount applied to a new class registration. Students will be notified as soon as the cancellation happens, by phone or email.

Please note that no refunds or credits are given on classes for which a student did not show up. Students wishing to withdraw from a class must give at least 7 days notice.

Late or missing Refunds

Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 25 business days. This is due to the bank and credit card companies. If a refund has been issued, we cannot re-issue it. All refunds will be applied to the payment method that was originally used, even if the card number has changed. Your bank will reapply this to your new card number automatically. If you haven’t received a refund when expected, please check with your bank. Refunds for credit card purchases cannot be refunded by any other method. For example, a purchase on your Visa card cannot be refunded by an interac transfer. For legal reasons, this is prevented by our credit card processor.
