Level 1 – Skills Inside Your Home

Does your dog really know what you’re asking or do they only get it right sometimes? Dogs are pretty good at figuring some things out on their own. Sadly, much of what humans ask them to do makes nooo sense at all from a dog’s perspective.

In Good Manners 1, your dog will learn the basics and then some: Sit, Down, Stay, recall, focusing on you, and waiting patiently. We’ll also cover solutions to common problems like jumping, mouthing and grabbing food from hands. Pssst, I’ll also let you in on some secrets like how to know what your dog is thinking and how to motivate them to listen when you ask the first time.

  • Age: 4 months and older, all dogs must be fully vaccinated
  • Pre-registration required, no prerequisites
  • 5 classes, $199.99
  • Location: Tynehead Hall, Surrey
  • Saturdays, 9:30am
  • 60-minute classes
  • Over-excitable dogs may be referred to our “Chill Out” class
